At Fix My Love, we are committed to providing emotional support and helpful advice. Since our services are digital and personalized, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

🆓 1. Free Trial Policy

We offer a free trial (e.g. 7 days or 3 questions) so you can try our service before committing. During this period, you can cancel anytime without being charged.

💳 2. Paid Subscriptions

Once your subscription begins, you are granted immediate access to personalized advice and messaging. As such, we do not offer automatic refunds on:

  • Daily or monthly subscriptions

  • One-time question purchases

  • Upgraded premium plans (unlimited or live sessions)

🤝 3. When a Refund May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered if:

  • You were charged in error.

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and did not use the service.

  • A technical error prevented you from accessing the service.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us within 7 days of the charge.

📬 4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name or username

  • Email address used

  • Description of the issue

We’ll respond within 2–5 business days.

🔁 5. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, you will still have access until the end of your billing period.
