Once your subscription begins, you are granted immediate access to personalized advice and messaging. As such, we do not offer automatic refunds on:

Daily or monthly subscriptions
One-time question purchases
Upgraded premium plans (unlimited or live sessions)

🤝 3. When a Refund May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered if:

You were charged in error.
You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and did not use the service.
A technical error prevented you from accessing the service.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us within 7 days of the charge.
